Michelle, the DISC workshop you delivered to my team was GREAT! It was a really good team building event! The insight I got on my difficulties with one key team member was totally worth it for me. I think this saved the relationship for us. I learned that my natural communication style wasn’t clicking with her, and I can stretch to change my style to match her where she needs answers and be better.
